Hey everyone, I’ve been following the tragic story of Jessica Bradley, and something has been really bothering me about the whole situation—specifically the 9-1-1 call. The fact that Brooks called in, admitted to killing Jessica, and then hung up is so haunting. It just makes me wonder what was going through his mind at that moment. Was it a cry for help, guilt, or something else entirely? It’s so hard to wrap my head around how a seemingly quiet family life could erupt into something so devastating. It’s clear that whatever led up to this moment wasn't visible to those around them, or maybe it was, but no one knew the extent. Jessica’s colleagues only have the most wonderful things to say about her. I didn’t know her, but it’s truly tragic to lose someone who was so dedicated to helping others. If anyone in the area knew them and can shed some light on what Brooks was like, it might help us understand a bit more. I hope the boys have a strong network of love and support around them during this unimaginable time. It’s just so deeply sad knowing how many lives have been affected by this.
