Did anyone else notice how quickly the APD changed their stance on this case? I can't even begin to imagine the turmoil that Minor Garcia's family must be experiencing with all this back-and-forth. Initially calling it a homicide, then a death investigation, and then confirming it as a homicide again—it must be incredibly frustrating and confusing for those close to him. It seems like investigators are still struggling to gather enough evidence or witness statements. I hope that someone who was at Bolm District Park that evening will come forward with information. It's crucial for the family and community to find some resolution and justice for Minor.
