I've been thinking a lot about the impact this tragic event has on Sandra Cooper. It's heart-wrenching to imagine having to face such violence and then find the strength to call 911 in the midst of chaos. Her courage is nothing short of remarkable. What's really concerning, though, is that the suspects are still on the loose. I hope Sandra is surrounded by love and support from friends and family as she recovers, both physically and emotionally. It’s such a close-knit community, and I’m thankful the Milford PD is upping their patrols to provide some peace of mind, but I can't help but feel uneasy knowing the case hasn’t been solved yet. I’m wondering if anyone in the neighborhood heard or saw anything around that time, even if it seemed insignificant. Sometimes it’s those little details that crack a case wide open. My heart goes out to the victim's family, and I truly hope they get the justice they deserve soon.
