I keep thinking about the impact of gun violence on Antwan DeShawn Bell’s community. It’s truly overwhelming to see how incidents like this ripple through neighborhoods, leaving people scared and mourning. We've got so many stories in Portsmouth like this where a vibrant life is just abruptly taken, and it leaves families shattered and communities struggling to comprehend why this keeps happening. From what I've gathered, there was a lot of confusion that night, with multiple shootings happening around the same time. It’s hard not to think about whether Antwan just got caught in something bigger or if he was specifically targeted. I can’t imagine what his family is going through right now, needing answers but getting silence instead. Also, with no suspects identified and no information released, the frustration must be unbearable for everyone who knew and loved him. I hope people in the area are coming forward with whatever they know, even if they think it’s a small piece of the puzzle. As a community, we owe it to each other to help break this cycle. Sending prayers to Antwan’s family and hoping they find some peace amidst all this chaos. If anyone has more details, I guess shared knowledge is one way we can help push for justice here.
