I can't stop thinking about the role of J'Von Green in all of this. It's just infuriating to see how irresponsibly the gun was stored. At the end of the day, two teenagers were left to handle a situation they never should have been put in. I can't even begin to imagine what they're both going through, especially Journee's family and her best friend. I'm also really curious about how this will affect laws concerning firearm storage. This isn't just a tragedy for Journee's loved ones, it's a wake-up call for all of us, especially in terms of how adults can prevent kids from accessing firearms. I hope this leads to real change, so something like this doesn't devastate another family. Sending all my love to everyone hurting from this senseless loss. 💔
