I recently came across Kevin Sabir Barthrop’s case and can't stop thinking about it. The fact that it took 13 years for anyone to report him missing is baffling! How does that even happen? I wonder if there was some sort of control or influence from the other adult living with Kevin and his mom back in 1999. It seems strange that no one came forward sooner. Could that person have had a role? It’s been really tough finding any accounts or statements from someone within their circle around that time. It feels like there are pieces of the puzzle just out of reach. Is anyone else looking into this aspect? Any info would be really helpful!
