I was just reading through the case of Yousef and Iman Almetnawy, and something stuck out to me about their mother, Ghada Said. I find it odd that she managed to evade capture for so long despite a felony warrant being issued just a few months after the abduction. It makes me wonder if she had any help from within or if there was a network supporting her move around. Given the connection to her brother, Yaser Abdel Said, who managed to avoid authorities for years, it makes it even more chilling. Does anyone know if there have been any recent updates on whether the authorities are still monitoring her family's ties in Egypt or anywhere else? It's disturbing to think that these kids have been missing for so long, and the trail might have gone cold. Hoping justice is served somehow.
