I came across Toby Jespersen's case recently and found his tattoos and piercings quite unique, which got me wondering about how identifiable they make someone in a missing person situation. Given that he had piercings in his tongue, ears, and nose, as well as several scars, could these features have helped someone notice him even if he altered his appearance otherwise? I know it's been years since he vanished, but these details could still stand out. Also, I'm curious if there were any efforts to reach out to tattoo and piercing shops in the areas he traveled through. Seems like a solid lead that might yield info about his last known whereabouts or who he might've been with. Thoughts?
