Has anyone else been following the case of Ember Henry's tragic death? I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the motive behind this horrible crime. The fact that two young lives are now entangled in this mess over something so trivial just makes me so sad. I read that authorities are alleging the whole thing was planned for some THC vape products. It's gut-wrenching to think that a young man like Ember, described by so many as driven and respectful, lost his life over something so senseless. It sounds like the investigation is pretty comprehensive, with multiple agencies working together, so I hope they're able to pull the whole story together. Also, has anyone heard more about what went down at the vigil? I read that Ember’s father gave a heartfelt tribute at Sirena Park. My heart goes out to his family and friends; I can't imagine what they must be feeling right now. Let's hope justice will be served, and maybe, in some way, this will prompt a broader discussion about preventing such tragedies from repeating themselves.
