Hey everyone, just wanted to share some thoughts about the tragic murder of Walter S. Holloway in the Point Breeze neighborhood. It’s incredibly sad to think how this started as a dispute the day before and then escalated into something so devastating. What has really been on my mind is the role of the community surveillance cameras. I wonder if these private cameras will give detectives the clues they need to push this case forward. It's hard to imagine living in an area where something like this can happen, and I can't help but hope that any footage out there can shine a light on what exactly happened that night. If someone picks up anything on their surveillance, even a small detail might be the breakthrough the investigators need. It must be so tough for Walter's family not having someone held accountable for his death yet. My heart goes out to them and the entire community affected by this senseless act. Let’s hope justice is served soon.
