Hi everyone, I've been following the Cascade case and something really stuck out to me that I haven't seen much discussion about. I noticed that the initial call to 9-1-1 was made by the neighboring Henry County dispatch. Does anyone else find this a bit confusing? I'm just trying to understand the logistics of how the call got routed like that. Did someone from Henry County witness something, or was there a miscommunication across the county lines? It's such a chilling thought that this all happened in a place as seemingly peaceful as Cascade, especially on Mother’s Day. My heart truly goes out to Mayra’s family, particularly to her child who was, thankfully, unharmed physically but will have an emotional journey ahead. It's such a testament to how connected and supportive communities need to be during such trying times. Anyone with more info on how these types of jurisdictional handoffs happen? Thinking of Mayra and her loved ones. -Concerned_Cascade_Resident
