I've been following the case of Eden Rock's murder closely, and I'm particularly struck by the role of Zakiya Umstead in this tragic event. At just 20 years old, to think she was involved in such a horrendous act is deeply unsettling. It makes me wonder about the circumstances and influences in her life that led to this point. Was she coerced, or did she willingly participate in the setup? I truly feel for Eden's family, having to process their loss while also coming to terms with the notion that someone so young could be involved in taking away their loved one. My heart goes out to them during this unimaginable time, and I hope the legal proceedings bring them some sense of justice and peace.
