Hey everyone, I've been reading through the threads and I just can't stop thinking about the stolen jewelry part of Hector Ambrosi's case. It seems like a key piece of the puzzle that could lead to potential motives or even the identity of the killer. Considering there was no forced entry, it suggests Hector might have trusted the person enough to let them into his room—or perhaps was ambushed in some other way.
I'm curious if anyone has heard whether specific pieces were taken, and if they were ever traced to pawn shops or illegal sales? Sometimes these items resurface, and tracking them down could provide crucial clues. This case has left a deep mark on the community and his family deserves closure. Any small piece of information could be the breakthrough we need. Thoughts or insights on this aspect would be much appreciated!
Has anyone else looked into the people Hector Ambrosi might have encountered in his line of work? With no signs of forced entry, it seems like the killer was someone he trusted enough to let in. If he was linked to organized crime, maybe he was involved in something that went wrong? I can’t imagine how terrifying that must have been for him. The fact that there’s still a $20,000 reward on the table shows how desperate his family is for any kind of resolution. I hope that, after all these years, someone who knows something might finally come forward. It’s a tragedy that his family has had to live with this uncertainty for so long.
