I can't stop thinking about how tragic this situation is for the entire community and, most importantly, for the family involved. This was supposed to be a time for family and celebration, yet it ended in such an unthinkable way. My thoughts are especially with the father who narrowly survived such an ordeal. I can't even begin to fathom the emotional turmoil he must be experiencing, having lost his wife and mother-in-law so suddenly. What really stands out to me is how there was no apparent history of violence or criminal activity from Lee Collins III. It makes you wonder what internal struggles he might have been facing that led to this horrific incident. I hope as more information comes to light, the family can find some answers and, eventually, some semblance of healing amidst this indescribable grief. How does a family even begin to process something like this?
