I’ve been following the case of Vincent Grider, and my heart goes out to his friends and family during this unimaginably difficult time. Something that’s been weighing on my mind is the role of community safety in Montgomery, especially around Gatsby Drive. It’s unsettling to think that an area where people live and gather could witness such violence. Have any local residents felt an increase in safety concerns around Zelda Road prior to this tragedy? It feels critical for the community to address any underlying issues, whether it's an increase in patrols or community-led safety measures. It just seems paramount that we do whatever we can to prevent other families from facing this kind of devastation. I hope justice is served, and more importantly, that changes are made to protect everyone in the area.
