Did anyone else notice the community response to Kathy Geren's tragedy? It's truly moving to see how everyone is rallying together to honor her memory by wearing blue or purple at her funeral. These colors not only reflect her personal joy but also highlight the serious issue of domestic violence. This small but powerful gesture shows how deeply Kathy touched the lives of those around her, both in her personal life and during her years at the Purcell Walmart. It's a sad reminder of how prevalent and hidden domestic violence can be, even in quiet, rural areas where we often feel most secure. My heart goes out to her family, and I hope this painful moment brings awareness and change. ?
