Has anyone else been following the court appearances of Justis Barnhouse? It's so difficult to understand how someone ends up in situations like this, with such a violent background. I can't help but think about the family of Joshua May and the pain they're going through while having to attend these hearings. The judge seems to be taking a very firm approach, which is understandable given Barnhouse's past record. It's unsettling to think that he was out on bond for other assault charges when this tragedy happened. It makes you question how the system works sometimes. I hope Joshua's family finds some comfort and justice in the end. It's so important to remember the person behind the headlines and what his loved ones are going through right now. My thoughts go out to them.
