I was reading about Floyd Washington's case, and I can't stop thinking about how crucial eyewitness accounts could be. It's incredibly frustrating seeing his family and community left in the dark, yet there's this chance that someone out there might hold a piece of the puzzle—a detail they might not even realize is important. I’ve seen cases turn on seemingly minor details - maybe a license plate number, a distinctive mark on a vehicle, or even something overheard. It seems like Houston PD could really use any tip they can get to find justice for Floyd. It's just so sad to think of his family living with unanswered questions. If you were near Laura Koppe Road and Bertwood Street around that time on April 22, or if you know someone who might have been, please consider coming forward. Floyd’s loved ones deserve some peace.
