Has anyone looked into the security measures at the townhome? I'm trying to wrap my head around how Joseph Bulfer was able to just break in like that. You'd think in this day and age, most places would have some form of security, or at least a sturdy lock. It's absolutely devastating to think that a lapse in security might have played a part in Joshua Downey's tragic death. I can't imagine the trauma his family and his girlfriend are going through right now. It's such a senseless loss. Does anyone know if there were any prior incidents or threats made by Bulfer that could have warned them?
