I’ve been following CJ's story ever since I heard about it, and I can't help but feel for his family, especially his mom, Brandi. I can't imagine the kind of pain she's going through right now. I read that he was just finishing his shift at a fast-food job, something many of us have done at that age, trying to earn some cash and figure life out. It’s just so unfair that he was caught in something he had nothing to do with. I’ve been thinking a lot about the safety issue that seems to be getting worse in some areas. Here's this young man, minding his own business, and now he’s gone because of others’ recklessness. It's beyond belief. I wonder, do you think the community will rally around his family, or maybe push for more security measures in places like that parking lot? It would be good to see something positive come from this tragedy, something to safeguard others from falling victim to such senseless acts. I really hope someone with information will come forward soon. If anyone here knows Colorado Springs or has any insights on what might help the investigation, I think we should all do what we can to help justice be served for CJ and his loved ones. They deserve that closure.
