I've been thinking a lot about the origination of events that night. What really caught my attention is how quickly the suspect, Thomas Makiel Flood, was apprehended the very next day after the shooting. It makes you wonder if there was critical evidence or maybe a witness that led them to him so fast. There’s a potential here for this case to unfold rapidly, given how proactive the investigators seem to be. My heart goes out to Dilan's family and friends. It's unimaginable what they must be going through right now. I hope the swift action in the investigation brings some semblance of relief and maybe a step towards justice. For the sake of everyone affected, let’s hope the ongoing investigation sheds more light on why this senseless act occurred and holds all involved accountable.
