I've been following Eduardo's case closely, and one thing that's been sticking with me is the role of the surveillance footage. It's chilling to think how many pieces of the puzzle are captured on video nowadays. The footage apparently contradicts the self-defense claim, but I wonder what specific moments the investigators are focusing on. Does anyone know how these things usually play out in court? It seems these videos can either make or break a case. I can only imagine the pain Eduardo's family feels knowing the incident was recorded and yet possibly misunderstood. My thoughts are with them as they navigate this challenging time.
