I've been following the tragic case of Christopher Cooper-Patton, and my heart goes out to his family and loved ones. It's unfathomable what they're going through right now. I'm curious about the community's response in that area of Columbus. I've read some reports that suggest the neighborhood around Carlton Avenue and Elaine Road has had a few incidents in the past, but nothing like this. Has there been any increased police presence or community meetings following the tragedy? Often, when something so devastating happens, the local community steps up, but it's hard to tell from afar. If anyone's from the area or has been involved in any local initiatives, I'd love to hear if there are plans to honor Christopher's memory or efforts being made to improve safety.
