Did anyone else find it odd that Dora was left near a "La Sierrita" and an unspecified highway signpost 12? I've been trying to find out more about this location. It seems so frustratingly vague. Does anyone know if that area is remote or if it's known to be used for crossings? I'm wondering if there might be any eyewitnesses or CCTV footage that could shed some light. It's baffling that we have to piece together these breadcrumbs when someone’s life is at stake. Any input on the geography or traffic there would be really helpful.
I've been thinking about the people who have gone missing near "La Sierrita" and Dora's situation got me really worried. What kind of measures are in place for those in distress during such a dangerous crossing? Are there local organizations that actively monitor these areas for individuals who might be in need of urgent help? It's hard to understand how someone could be left behind, but I guess in such desperate situations, families might make tough calls under immense pressure. Does anyone know if they've increased patrols or rescue efforts around that area since Dora went missing? Any updates on changes from local law enforcement or border officials would be greatly appreciated.
