I've been thinking a lot about Dominik Papatu and how his community must be feeling right now. As a 15-year-old with his whole life ahead of him, it's just so sad to think about his dreams and future being taken away so suddenly. He wasn't just another face in the crowd; he was an active member of the Eisenhower High School community and played on the varsity football team. Being so young, balancing school, work, and sports shows what kind of driven and hardworking person he was. It's truly devastating to imagine what his teammates and classmates are going through. Losing a friend and peer in such a senseless way must be incredibly difficult, and I hope they have the support they need right now. I really hope the investigation brings some clarity and justice for Dominik and his loved ones. Anyone else seeing any updates on the investigation?
