Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Athens, Georgia shooting case and I just can’t stop thinking about the relationship between Mark Desousa and Landon Skinner. It’s shocking to learn that they were best friends for six years. Can you imagine what Landon must be going through? Surviving such a horrific event and now grappling with what they thought was a strong friendship turned into this nightmare. I feel for Shanna Roe, too; it must be incredibly difficult for her, knowing the person she likely treated like family is now accused of such a violent act against her son. It's another layer of tragedy in an already devastating situation. Has anyone heard of anything like this before, where close friends are involved, and it ends in tragedy? I’m curious about people’s thoughts on how relationships like this can take such a catastrophic turn.
