Just read about the tragic death of Shawn Kozma in Buffalo, and my heart goes out to his loved ones. What really caught my attention is the role of the Rounds Crew and their control over drug territories. It shows how deep-rooted these gangs were and the lengths they'd go to in protecting their operations, even to the point of violently silencing anyone they thought was a threat.
