It's truly devastating to see how violence can strike even during the most sacred moments in our lives. The tragic incident outside Antioch Baptist Church on March 21st is a reminder of how precious life is and how quickly it can change. I can't imagine the pain Martez Starks' family is going through, having to grapple with such a senseless loss when they should have been gathering in mourning for another soul. I'm curious about how such a thing could happen in broad daylight, at a place where people should feel safe and supported by their community. The fact that no suspects have been identified yet must be adding to the family's distress. I hope that anyone with information comes forward soon to help bring some semblance of justice for Martez and his loved ones. It's a harsh reminder that we need to be vigilant and look out for each other. My thoughts are with the Starks family and every individual affected by this horrific event. Please, anyone with information, do reach out to the local police or Crime Stoppers. Let's hope for some swift developments in the investigation.
