I’ve been thinking a lot about the situation with Edward Garofalo IV, and one aspect that's particularly puzzling is the decision by the DA's office not to press charges against Clayton Dortzbach, despite the arrest. It makes me wonder if there's insufficient evidence or something more complex at play here. I feel for Edward's loved ones—this lack of resolution must be incredibly frustrating and adds to their grief. Having a suspect released leaves so many unanswered questions, and I can’t begin to imagine how difficult it must be for them to find closure under these circumstances.
