I'm really grappling with trying to understand what could have been going through Kevin's mind. To think that a family disagreement or whatever it was could escalate to such violence is truly chilling. Darren must have been loved by his family and local community; I can't even begin to imagine what they're going through right now. Each detail that comes out just makes this all feel more surreal. Also, the aspect of these poor puppies found on the property... it adds a layer of senseless cruelty that’s truly unsettling. I really hope the family can find some form of peace or closure after this unbelievable tragedy. Keeping the community of Weaverville in my thoughts.
