I can’t believe this happened in our community. I didn't know Kendra personally, but anyone who attended Coolidge Elementary speaks so highly of her. I heard she was the kind of teacher who remembered every student's birthday and always made an effort to make each one feel special. Can you imagine the heartbreak her students and colleagues must be feeling right now? ? To lose someone like that, who was such a positive influence on children, it's just tragic. If any former students or fellow teachers are here, how have you been coping? It's important we come together and support each other in times like these.
