Has anyone else been following the case of the man who went missing near the U.S.-Mexico border? I just read an article that mentioned he might have been left behind by his group roughly 20 miles west of Sasabe. This area is incredibly remote and the terrain is unforgiving. It got me thinking about how easy it could be to get disoriented or lost in such a place, especially if you’re traveling on foot. Does anyone have insights on the border conditions there or if any local rescue efforts have been in place? It seems like quite a challenging environment for search teams.
Hello everyone,
I've been following the case of the man who went missing near the U.S.-Mexico border, and something that's been puzzling me is why no one in the group has come forward with more information. Being left behind 20 miles west of Sasabe sounds incredibly isolating and dangerous. Does anyone know if there’s usually any communication issues in that stretch of the border? I’ve heard that the terrain can be challenging, which I’m sure could contribute to people losing track of each other. Is it possible that weather or wildlife might have played a role? Just throwing my thoughts out there—hoping we get more clarity soon.
Stay safe,
