Has anyone else here thought about the role of neighbors during that dreadful morning on Fairwood Drive? It's chilling to imagine being that close to such a devastating event. I can't help but wonder what they witnessed or heard before the police arrived. Did they see Deonna running, or hear Vaughn's threats before the gunfire started? Neighbors often have an unspoken bond, and I can only imagine how powerless and terrified they might have felt in those moments. The trauma this community must be experiencing is unimaginable. Now, with the kids left in such vulnerable circumstances, it's heartening to see there's a GoFundMe to help them, but it shouldn't have come to this. My thoughts are with those who knew the family personally and those who are now picking up the pieces of this shattered community.
