Hi everyone, I’ve been diving deeper into the Chi Omega case recently, and it's really gut-wrenching to learn more about Margaret Elizabeth Bowman and the aspirations she had. It's so incredibly tragic to think about how she was studying art history and classical civilizations—a field filled with so much beauty and depth—only to have her life taken in such a horrific way. I've been particularly curious about the specific impacts that the art community at FSU experienced following the tragedy. Does anyone have insights or resources on how the department and her friends navigated the aftermath? I can't even begin to imagine the emotional toll it must have taken on those close to her, who shared her academic passions and personal dreams. Sending love and strength to those who knew her personally and to everyone affected by this senseless act. Stay safe, everyone.
