I can't stop thinking about the neighborhood where Hector lived. Does anyone else know if there have been similar incidents in that area before? I heard that gun violence has been a growing concern in East Los Angeles, but it’s so different when it impacts someone personally involved in the community like Hector. I can only imagine what his friends and family are going through. Losing someone in such a senseless manner is unfathomable. I hope the police are able to gather the necessary information quickly. It’s hard to feel safe when there are still so many unanswered questions. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.
