I’m really troubled by the fact that yet another individual who was on supervised release ended up being involved in such a horrifying incident. It makes me wonder about the effectiveness of the current monitoring and support systems for those on federal release. Was there a breakdown or red flags that were missed here? It's just distressing to see that a young woman like Tishuana, who had her whole life ahead of her, became a victim in such a devastating way. Her family and friends must be going through an unfathomable ordeal right now. ? Has anyone come across any background on the supervision system in place, or any possible reforms underway to prevent these things from happening again?
