Has anyone else been following the developments in the tragic shooting of Ricky Smith Jr. and the three other victims? I’ve been thinking a lot about the fact that the police discovered the crime scene with no victims present. The thought that they had to be rushed to hospitals by private vehicles instead of ambulances is unsettling. It makes me wonder how crucial those first few minutes and decisions were for all of them. Everything seems so chaotic and frightening for those poor people involved. I can't imagine the terror and helplessness Ricky’s friends and family must have been feeling during those moments, hoping for a miracle that sadly didn’t come for him. It breaks my heart to see another life taken too soon due to senseless violence. If anyone in that community has seen anything or heard even the smallest detail, I hope they come forward to help find some justice for Ricky and the others affected. My thoughts are with all their loved ones in this incredibly difficult time.
