It's truly unsettling to hear about the circumstances surrounding Andre's death. I keep thinking about how he ended up in that park, so far from home, and what might have led up to that terrible moment. The fact that the authorities say there was no connection between the victim and the suspects makes it even more baffling. It’s chilling to think someone could be in the wrong place at the wrong time and pay such a heavy price. My heart goes out to his family and friends who have to navigate this unimaginable loss. I also wonder about the suspects. At 19, just like Andre, they’re so young to be involved in something so heinous. It's hard to wrap my mind around what could lead someone down such a destructive path. I hope all families involved find some piece of closure and that we, as a community, can learn from this tragedy to ensure safer environments for everyone.
