I've been following the tragic case of Anfernee Pollard and Briana Flowers, and one aspect that really caught my attention was the bravery of Briana's young son. It's unimaginable for a child to have to face such a terrifying situation, yet he had the incredible strength to call 911 for help. As a parent, it's devastating to think about the trauma he must be experiencing. I hope that while the authorities search for justice, there's also a strong network of support and counseling available for this young boy. He deserves all the compassion and resources in the world to help him begin to heal from such a horrific experience. His courage shouldn't be overlooked in this heartbreaking situation, and my heart genuinely goes out to him.
