I'm still trying to wrap my head around the loss of Crystal Pittman. It feels incredibly unfair that a young life was interrupted so violently. I live near Slavic Village, and it's genuinely concerning to think that these tragic incidents can happen so close to home. Has anyone heard if there have been any updates about the community's response? I've seen in some other cases that local vigils or memorials are held. It might be a way for neighbors to show support, not just for Crystal but also for the 15-year-old who's recovering. I believe coming together as a community can be powerful in times of such sadness. If there's something organized, I'd really like to participate if I can. It's important to remember Crystal and support all the families involved during this time.
