I’ve been following the tragic loss of Michael Raper, and one thing I've been wondering about is the role of neighborhood dynamics in this awful event. It’s so unnerving to think that a dispute between people who knew each other could escalate to such a tragic outcome. How well did they really know each other, and was there any history of disagreements leading up to this? I can't help but think about the other residents in the area. It must be incredibly unsettling for them to deal with the thought of violence breaking out so close to home. I hope they’re able to find some peace as the investigation develops. Sending thoughts to Michael’s family and community during such a difficult time.
