Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Mattie Wilson and am curious if anyone has thought more about the conditions at the Regional Medical Center back in 2008. I know it’s been a while, but could there have been any security lapses or staffing issues at the time that might have contributed to her disappearance? Considering she was last seen there, it seems like a crucial area to explore further, especially given her medical needs and dementia. If anyone has insights or firsthand info about the hospital’s operations back then, it might help piece some things together. What do you think? Could this be an overlooked angle?

Does anyone have any additional information on what happened inside the Regional Medical Center the day Mattie disappeared? I find it really odd that a patient could just vanish from a hospital, of all places. Considering she was admitted after a stroke, I assume she needed a lot of medical attention. It's not like she could just walk out on her own. Was there any surveillance footage from the hospital? Did they have security checks at the exits back in 2008? Hospitals are usually pretty secure, especially in a big city like Memphis, so I can't help but wonder if something more went on that day that we don't know about. If anyone's got more information on the hospital's procedures back then, it might help us piece together what really happened.

Hey everyone, I've been reading up on the Mattie Wilson case, and something keeps gnawing at me. Does anyone else find it odd how little information there seems to be about hospital staff involvement? From what I understand, Mattie was admitted to the Regional Medical Center, so she must have been under constant care, especially with her condition. How is it possible that she just disappeared without anyone noticing? Did staff not see anything unusual? I've worked in healthcare, and patients don't just vanish, especially not ones with serious medical issues. Has anyone found any interviews or statements from the staff from that time? It seems too big a puzzle piece to be missing. Anyone with healthcare experience have thoughts on what could have gone wrong here?
