I've been following the Bridgewater Village double homicide case closely, and something that crossed my mind today is the impact on Kristina and Jonathan. I just can't imagine the trauma and fear they must be enduring, knowing this happened literally in their home while they were upstairs. It's chilling to think they might have heard something but couldn't act fast enough to help. How does one even begin to process that? I truly hope they have a strong support system around them right now. Losing both parents simultaneously in such a way... that's an indelible scar. It's also tough because, given the case is ongoing, they likely can't fully express what they know or even begin the healing process yet. For what it's worth, my thoughts are with them during this unimaginably difficult time. Just hoping they find peace and justice soon.
