I've been following the case closely, and my heart goes out to India's friends and family. I can't even begin to imagine the pain they're experiencing right now. What struck me most was how India's life was spent helping others, especially kids and families in tough situations. It's just so tragic that she was taken in such a cruel way. One thing I've been thinking about is the role of the parents who turned in their son. It must have been an incredibly difficult decision for them, but I think it speaks volumes about their values and their desire for justice. I can't even wrap my head around what they must be going through as well. I hope this tragedy can lead to some reflection on how we can better support our youth, particularly those who might be led astray. Sending thoughts of peace and healing to everyone affected by this senseless loss.
