I can’t stop thinking about how Corporal Ty Snook's actions during the incident make it even more clear what kind of person he was. His bravery in the face of such a terrifying situation is remarkable. To think that even after being critically injured, his immediate instinct was to protect others—it’s truly the mark of a hero. It makes me wonder about what went through his mind in those final moments. I hope his family finds some solace in the fact that his last act was so selfless and courageous. My heart goes out to his wife and daughter, who have to navigate life without him now. Does anyone know if there’s a fund or something set up to help support his family? I'd love to contribute if there's a way to show our gratitude for his service.
