Has anyone else been following the case of Enrique who disappeared after crossing the border? I was particularly struck by the mention of Why, Arizona. It seems like such a remote area, and I can't help but wonder how difficult it must have been for Enrique once he veered off from the group. Does anyone know if there have been any organized searches in that region? The desert terrains there are known for being unforgiving, not to mention the extreme temperatures. I hope they have been using drones or search dogs. If anyone has more information on efforts in that specific area, please share. This must be so difficult for his family.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Enrique’s case closely, and something about his decision to head south near Why, Arizona, has me puzzled. Given his reported fatigue, wouldn't it have made more sense for him to stay with the group or find shelter nearby instead of heading further south? Why, Arizona, is such a remote area, and moving away from the path the group took seems like it would be pretty risky. Does anyone have insights into the terrain or conditions in that area? Maybe there are environmental factors we’re not considering that could explain his decision. Would love to hear what others think about the challenges he might have faced out there.
Thanks!
