I've been following the developments in Austin Hanson's case, and it’s been incredibly tough to wrap my head around. I keep thinking about his family and friends who have to endure this void in their lives now. What concerns me is how close the two shootings were on the same night. Even though the police haven't linked them, it's hard not to wonder if there's an underlying issue in the area that needs addressing. Does anyone know if there have been community efforts in Milwaukee to tackle gun violence? I feel like it's important for us to support and amplify those efforts in memory of victims like Austin. Any local insight or ways to get involved would be really valuable.
