I can't stop thinking about the sheer randomness of this tragedy. Just imagine Kiyah Mae Scott stepping out for what should’ve been a quick trip to the store, like any one of us might do a hundred times without a second thought, and then never making it back home. My heart goes out to her little boy. The idea of him growing up with memories of her snatched away too soon is gut-wrenching. It’s haunting to know this happened in a part of town where folks were just going about their business on a Saturday evening. We all need to band together to push for better safety measures in these areas to ensure such terrible events don't happen again. Let's keep talking about this and hope that spreading awareness might lead to catching those responsible. Justice needs to be served for Kiyah and the others caught in this senseless violence. ?
