Has anyone else been following the aspect of Jarvis Phillips-Willis's story involving the ongoing issues with the property where the party was held? It seems like there’s a lot of focus on the unlicensed events that were happening there. With over 80 police calls in just three years, it's clear that this building was more than just a quiet annoyance for the neighborhood. It’s so troubling to think that this location was allowed to continue operating despite all those red flags. I can't even imagine the frustration of the neighbors who tried to warn authorities. It feels like more could have been done to prevent this tragedy. My heart goes out to Jarvis’s family and friends who have to live with the “what ifs” every day. I hope that some accountability comes out of this and that they find some peace in knowing their voices were heard, even if it’s after the fact.
