I can't stop thinking about Keara's story. I read an article about how she was really involved in her community and had just started volunteering at a local animal shelter. It's so tragic that someone who was giving back in such a meaningful way had her life cut short like this. One thing that caught my attention is how it happened inside a home. It makes you wonder whether it was just random or if something more was going on in that area. It’s terrifying to think that a place we all consider safe, like our own homes, could become so dangerous. I feel for her family, having to grapple with the idea that someone responsible is still out there. I'm hoping the police update us soon, and that they can find whoever did this and bring some justice to Keara and her family.
